# Baked short rib pasta

I made braised short ribs in tomatoes, with carrots, onion, and garlic. I added the short ribs and sauce to pasta. I baked it with smoked Gouda, jalapeño smeerkaas (a local cheese spread), and parmesan. I added some chicken bone broth to thin out the sauce before baking. No notes. No recipe.
